Microsoft has extend life on old Pc's. It helps companies take the full benefit of an old PC so that companies can migrate slowly. The good thing is that you need not to upgrade immediately. The bad is that you'll have to run most of your programs via your server. So hopefully your server has enough room to store most of the programs your company is running. Only time will tell.
